North Simcoe Muskoka Self-Management Program

The North Simcoe Muskoka Self-Management Program is one of 14 Self-Management Programs across the Province of Ontario. They offer self-management training and workshops for participants and health care professionals across the North Simcoe Muskoka Region.

Here in North Simcoe Muskoka, their program staff include: one Program Coordinator, one Clinical Coordinator, and one Administrative Assistant.

The program is hosted by the South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre and is funded by the North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN (Local Health Integration Network). We have approximately 70+ volunteers on an ongoing basis that lead workshops and training sessions, all of who have successfully completed the appropriate training and application processes.
