We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Couchiching Ontario Health Team Unattached Clinic, now open at the Couchiching Family Health Team, located at 119 Memorial Avenue, Orillia. This clinic is designed to provide care for patients who live in Couchiching without a primary care provider, offering services through our dedicated Nurse Practitioners. Patients can self-refer or be referred by healthcare providers working in the field of navigation. Click here to access the referral.
The clinic aims to prevent chronic disease exacerbations and reduce avoidable emergency visits by providing comprehensive services such as diagnosing illnesses and injuries, conducting routine check-ups, ordering procedures and diagnostic tests, making referrals to specialists, prescribing medications, and managing chronic conditions. This clinic can support same-day appointments and is available to all ages.

The parking lot is located off Memorial Avenue, reserved for patients and staff of the Couchiching Family Health Team. Rates are $2.50 per half-hour, with a maximum daily rate of $5 per exit., free if 15 minutes or less.
When you receive your ticket, please take it with you. Payment (cash/coin/credit) can be made upon exit of the building at the pay station. You cannot pay to exit at the gate.
